At over 60,000 square foot, the former Carlsberg Tetley HQ is an imposing Brutalist block that lay derelict for 15 years before Projekt re-furbished and opened it in 2017. It has since become home to scores of creative professionals, artists, makers and SMEs.

The building has over 40 studios and workspaces, event spaces, dance and photographic studios and a café / bar / kitchen.
